Ponta do Sol “the spit of the sun” is a small town in the extreme north of the island of Santo Antao, Cape Verde. The mini harbor is the center of activity and life, where fishermen bring in their catch, buyers leave with a tuna or barracuda, dogs of all breeds feast on the fish debris, and groups of children enjoy a life of sea and sun on this extreme tip of the world.
